The 10 most hated companies in the United States. FB for daily news: http://www.facebook.com/thedailyconversation http://www.twitter.com/thedailyconvo Subscribe to TDC: https://www.youtube.com/TheDailyConversation/ Source: https://yhoo.it/2jzCvjq Researched, written, narrated and produced by Bryce Plank Video editing and effects by Robin West Music: "Rollin Back" by MK2 in the YouTube Audio Library Script: These are the least popular companies in America. The rankings, done by 24/7 Wall St., are based on survey results from the American Customer Satisfaction Index and employee reviews on the website Glassdoor. 10. Sprint Number ten is Sprint, whose customers are the least satisfied of any company in the wireless industry. More than half of Sprint users reported a bad customer service experience. It also doesn’t help that Sprint’s service lags behind Verizon and AT&T. 9. Sears Fewer than one in three Sears employees would recommend a job with the company to a friend, and the department store has almost the lowest customer rating of any business in its industry. A rapidly changing retail landscape has seen shoppers move online, dooming brands like Sears. 8. Dish Network Forty-seven percent of those surveyed said they had a negative customer service experience with DISH Network. Those bad vibes are felt by DISH employees, who are among the least satisfied of any major company. 7. Spirit Airlines If you’ve ever flown Spirit, you know why the company makes this list. Prioritizing budget fares means there’s not much focus on customer service, which helped the company rise. But when it’s rivals began matching it’s low ticket prices, much of Spirit’s competitive edge was lost. 6. Facebook Facebook is one of those companies that’s either loved or hated. Yes, it’s probably the company with the most customers, if you can call it’s free users that, but it has also been frequently criticized for changes to its website, privacy policies, the mass data collection of its users, and for enabling a massively damaging fake news outbreak that swayed the 2016 election. 5. Wells Fargo News broke in 2016 that Wells Fargo’s employees - under pressure to hit aggressive sales quotas - created millions of fake credit card accounts. The fallout was swift. The CEO eventually stepped down after being called before Congress, and the company fell from its spot as the world’s largest bank. 4. McDonald’s McDonald’s has the worst customer service rating of it’s 17 closest competitors in the American fast food industry. It also took heat when its ex-CEO Don Thompson came out against the call for a $15 national minimum wage. Still, with tens of millions of loyal customers who love the brand, McDonald’s is stronger than ever. 3. Mylan Pharmaceutical giant Mylan became a pariah for idiotically jacking up the price of its life-saving EpiPen by 500%. The move quickly backfired, and today the company’s stock price is down nearly 50% from its 2015 high. A $465 million settlement with the U.S. Justice Dept. has also been damaging. 2. Bank of America Bank of America has the worst customer satisfaction of any bank. It also has unhappy employees, settling with more than 700 of them in 2013 over allegations of racial and gender discrimination. BofA is still hated by many for its role in the 2007-2008 financial crisis it helped cause with its exploitative mortgage and toxic securities practices. 1. Comcast And the most hated company in America is Comcast. Nearly 55% of survey respondents reported a negative experience with the company. While it’s hard serving customers in both the internet and television service industries, the two sectors that have the worst satisfaction scores, Comcast manages to do it so much worse than everyone else. It doesn’t seem to matter though, as its share price continues to grow, up 30% from this time last year.

This is the work of Risk Management Team of Wipro. Seems like my previous company, Bureau Veritas, had opened security incidents on me for harassing a female manager. This is absolutely incorrect. Moreover, Wipro's corporate security team (Risk Management team) that has been harassing me and stalking me now clearly says that the manager lost her Truth Case (incident investigation)m Bureau Veritas being a client of Wipro, Wipro's Risk Management team wants to clear her name and the names of other managers of Bureau Veritas from the incidents that she reported against me. And for that they want me to join any software company and start misbehaving with managers, so that they can open further security incidents on me.

They have already wasted my time for past three and a half years now, by continuously shouting provocative comments on me each day for several hours and disturbing me. For this purpose, Wipro's Risk management Team has rented apartment right below mine in my building. At night too they disturb me and make sharp noises to wake me up from sleep.

Risk Management is another name of corporate security team and Wipro has several Risk Managers registered on LinkedIn, with incident investigation as their speciality. There is no incident investigation, it is just torture and harassment and always the superior wins over subordinate. In my case however they could not make me behave in any resentful manner, even though they harassed me a lot and so the case was won by me. No action was taken against Bureau Veritas managers (my previous employer) who requested Truth Case (incident investigation) against me. Now also they are pressurising me to join yet another IT company and misbehave with managers so that further incidents can be reported against me.

Moreover, Wipro has requested other companies to keep provoking me and to open security incidents on me as they want to clear client's name from a failed incident investigation. Other companies which have harassed me include MagicBricks (Times Group), Bravura, Headstrong, Ventiv, Vinculum, FIS, Iris Software, NIIT Technologies, tech Mahindra and a few others.

Now I just wish Wipro's Risk Management team to leave me alone and to stop pressuring me. I am currently not working and do not wish to join any IT company. I have made multiple police complaints, but police has not helped me at all. I just wish Wipro to stop pursuing me and I wish to live my life peacefully.

ISPs have established a long-standing reputation for themselves of being easy to hate. Todd Rundgren expressed his (and our) feelings back in the dial-up (for many) days in 2000 with "I Hate My Frickin' ISP."

DISH Network company that constantly lies to customers and technicians. I worked there seven years and it got worse every year. Once you get to the higher pay scale they look for reasons to get rid of you. You work terrible hours and work in some of the nastiest homes you can imagine. I had a terrible regional manager that woudnt do his job and lied to me often. He would get mad if you went above his head when he wouldn't do his job. He lied to me when I was injured and said company policy was during light duty my points counted against me. I looked up company policy that contradicted his statement. I was reluctant to say anything because my managers said he was looking for a reason to terminate me because I was so vocal. His name was Doug Jones. He was the southeast regional manager
