That was an exciting match indeed. Cruz Azul played very well, accurate and composed from center to attacking midfield, they missed many chances even. Similarly, LA Galaxy missed many chances indeed...They gotcha convert those chances into goal..

Its funny how many miles.the Liga Mx teams travel in between games and MLS teams are always playing at home. Cruz Azul traveled Mexico city to seattle then to LA and are expected to perform at 100% even though the season just started for them unlike MLS.teams with their irregular calendar

On a penalty, you either shoot high or on the ground, never mid height. Mid height gives the gk the best chance of saving the kick.

I don’t care what any Cruz azul fan says, the officiating was horrible. paintsil was targeted all game and fouled 3 times and the referee says that Paintsil fouled Cruz azul???? He even got a yellow card because of it. Also the foul at the end wasn’t a clear penalty but definitely deserved a var check. Also let’s just ignore galaxys goalkeeper got kicked in the head like 5 seconds after he got the ball and the fact that the refs called it “a collision” If you actually watched the game and are disagreeing with me you know your lying
