For the exit lag you were on a french server and then left the game to start a new one with exitlag turned on but didnt show the new server you were routed to. The ping improvement could simply be from being on a EU server closer to you

Theres only one place you should go if you're going to be tweaked. Thats paragon. I've used many others some are absolute trash. Like xilly, adamx many other "big" tweakers. They leave your pc unstable, with too much disabled.

Exitlag is excellent, especially for people in south america as our routes to US servers tend to me terrible.

If the glass mouse pad doesn’t feel different you messed something up, because at first it should feel uncontrollable, ABs the tiniest amount of force makes the mouse move a lot. What feels like nothing will get significant input over a cloth pad on the same settings.
